  • Cooking Instructions:
    (Rinse and inspect lentils before use.)
    1. Bring 2 measures of water to a boil for 1 measure of lentils.
    2. Lower heat to medium, add lentils and let cook uncovered for 20-30 minutes.
    Add water if needed. Add seasonings (stock, spices, etc.) to taste.
    Add salt only at the end.
    The cooking time depends on the age of the lentils.
