Chik’n: cauliflower, filtered water, cooked brown rice (water, long grain brown rice), pea protein isolate, corn starch, modified cellulose, yeast extract, onion powder, sea salt, organic cane sugar, garlic powder, salt, citric acid.
Breading: expeller pressed sunflower oil and/or canola oil, pea flour, filtered water, chickpea flour, rice flour, cane sugar, tapioca starch, salt, corn starch, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), paprika with ethoxyquin, spices, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, yeast extract, natural flavours, oleoresin paprika, soybean oil, mono and diglycerides, xanthan gum. -
- Cook from frozen.
- Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425ºF (218ºC). Once it reaches temperature, place wings on a baking sheet in a single layer on the middle oven rack. Bake for 15 -20 minutes turning once. Cook until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
- Air Fryer: Preheat the fryer to 400ºF (204ºC). Place the cauliflower wings evenly in the fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes. Make sure the product reaches a final temperature of 165ºF (74ºC).
- Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
