Allergen Warning: This product contains N-Acetylglucosamine, which is sourced from shellfish. Do not use if you have a shellfish allergy. Warning: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, gastrointestinal lesions / ulcers, or are taking anticoagulants / blood thinners, anti-inflammatory agents or are having a surgery. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Headaches, heartburn, bloating and hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not exceed recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children

Take 1 capsule with each meal, to a maximum of 3 capsules a day. Take with first bite of food / meal. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
