Remove the maciocia mozzarella from the refrigerator and let it warm on a plate at room temperature for at least 45 minutes before serving, this allow the cheese to reach it's full flavor.
In order to take advantage of the cheese's freshness maciocia mozzarella should be consumed at room temperature within the first few days of production. -
The buffalos generate a savory milk rich in fat and protein. Water buffalo's milk is tolerated by many individuals who are lactose intolerant. Water buffalo milk is well known for its production of Mozzarella di Bufala. The mozzarella and Yogurt are produced at Fromagerie Polyethnique, in St Robert, Quebec.
