We find it very hard to not dryhop every beer that leaves the brewery. IPA, ISA, Saison, Barleywine, Berliner Weisse, Hefeweizen, Pale Ale, Farmhouse – we dryhop them all! Dark beer styles tend to be dry hopped less often – but not this one. The Black IPA is a hybrid – a strong, dark and subtly roasty beer, that’s hopped like a Double IPA. A beer with both alcohol warmth and cold weather appeal, as well as juicy, thirst quenching hoppiness. Kind of a perfect fit for a Quebec autumn don’t you think…
