These plant-based cauliflower wings are deliciously tangy, with plenty of heat! Coated in a crispy breading and tossed with our signature Buffalo spice blend, we wanted to give you the ultimate spicy crunch in a plant-based wing.

  • Cauliflower Wings: Cauliflower, Filtered Water, Cooked Brown Rice (Water, Long Grain Brown Rice), Pea Protein Isolate, Corn Starch, Modified Cellulose, Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Salt sea, organic cane sugar, garlic powder, salt, citric acid.
    Breading: Enriched wheat flour, pressed sunflower and/or canola oil, filtered water, tapioca starch, cane sugar, salt, spices, rice flour, paprika extracts, yeast extract, citric acid, natural flavor, yeast, sea salt, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum.
  • Cook from frozen.
    Conventional oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C). Once it reaches temperature, place the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once. Cook until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
    Air Fryer: Preheat fryer to 400°F (204°C). Place the cauliflower wings evenly in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes. Make sure the product reaches a final temperature of 165ºF (74ºC).
    Let stand 1 minute before serving.
