  • Filing (ground pork, fish sauce, roasted garlic, green onion, sesame oil mix (sesame oil, soy oil), soy sauce, rice vinegar, spices), Paste (wheat flour, monarch flour, water,corn starch, salt, citrus color, egg powder, Kansui powder), Water, Wheat flour.
  • Ready to cook. Fill a medium pot two pf the way with water. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Add wontons and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Drain (do not rinse) and serve with Kim Lam 1L broth. Serve with a few pieces of slices green onions and soy sauce. The product is ready when its internal temperature reaches 74.C (165.F). Enjoy the authentic taste.
